Terms of Service

These terms explain how Steakly may be used, how AI trainer features work, and what you should know before relying on nutrition or fitness recommendations.

Effective date: May 22, 2026

Use of Steakly

Steakly is a health, nutrition, training, habit, and progress tracking app. You must use Google OAuth to sign in, and you are responsible for keeping your Google account secure.

You agree to provide accurate information where it affects your plans and to use the app only for lawful, personal purposes.

Health and fitness disclaimer

Steakly is not medical advice, a diagnosis, or a replacement for a licensed physician, dietitian, personal trainer, or other qualified professional.

AI-generated plans can be wrong, incomplete, or inappropriate for your body, history, medications, injuries, or medical conditions. Review plans carefully and consult a professional before changing diet, training, sleep, or supplement routines.

AI features and user-owned API keys

AI trainer features require you to save your own xAI API key. Steakly uses that key only to process your own requests and does not provide a shared xAI key.

You are responsible for xAI charges, quotas, terms, and API key management. If your key is invalid, missing, rate limited, or revoked, AI features may not work.

Your data

You retain responsibility for the information you enter, including profile details, logs, measurements, notes, and exported files.

Steakly provides export and account disconnection tools where available. Removing an account may be irreversible.

Availability and changes

Steakly may change, pause, or discontinue features as the product evolves. The service is provided without guarantees of uninterrupted availability or error-free operation.

We may update these terms from time to time. Continued use of Steakly after updates means you accept the revised terms.
